Our suppliers will be closed in August due to the summer holidays and the order processing times could be remarkably longer, with some items available only in September. We invite you to contact us in advance to know the availability and delivery time of the items not in stock.
Our online store will be closed from Saturday 12th August to Sunday 27th August inclusive. During this time all the shipments are suspended and all the orders received will be processed from Monday 28th August. The emails will be monitored, however please expect some delay in the response.

Delivery and Order processing times
Items in stock are generally dispatched within 1 working day after receipt of clear payment and are shipped via track and trace courier. For items not immediately available or available upon request, the timeframe is indicated in the product description.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees, postage costs and insurance against transport damages. Postage costs vary according to total weight of the shipment and the destination. Shipments to small islands or remote locations are usually more expensive and the transit time is longer.

In case of multiple purchase, we advise you to group your items in one order.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected thanks to further packaging reinforcement that we apply especially to fragile items.
Fab Appliances work with GLS Express Courier and DHL for the delivery of the products purchased. All the shipments depart at our warehouse in Santa Maria Capua Vetere, Italy.
At the time of delivery, please make sure that:
- the package is intact
- the number of packages match the one in the delivery slip
In case the package has exterior damages or the number of packages is different than the one reported on the delivery slip, you must immediately advise the courier driver. You can sign the delivery slip accompanying by wording such as "Subject to control for damaged packaging" or "Subject to control for non delivery of a (or more) package(s).
Product integrity must be checked as soon as possible after the delivery and in case of damage, this has to be reported within five (5) working days from the delivery. After this term, the courier is no longer liable for transport damages and we cannot take any complaint into consideration.

If you change your mind and you want to return the product purchased, you can send the product back to us within fourteen (14) working days from the date of delivery.
